Internal editor tool. Pick Port 1 and Port 2, load the directed historical routes from Port 1 to Port 2, click a polyline to inspect and highlight it, and promote the selected track into a canonical route. The tool shows at most the 15 shortest usable directed routes; if stored observed polylines are missing, it synthesizes candidates from raw vessel history between departure from Port 1 and arrival to Port 2, and if the direct lane is still empty it tries a single intermediate-port hop 1 lane. By default the curator works with core ports id <= 3500; enable All ports to remove that scope.

Current lane summary
Direction is strict: Port 1 → Port 2.
By default the curator is limited to ports with id <= 3500.
Candidate routes are sorted by shortest historical travel time.
Shorter routes are drawn brighter; clicking a route highlights it.
Click a port marker on the map to fill Port 1 first, then Port 2.
Use Port 1 nearby routes to scan up to 10 reachable nearby ports with up to 5 routes each.
Canonical routes survive future raw route rebuilds.
Lane diagnostics
Load a directed Port 1 → Port 2 lane to inspect canonical coverage and route-surface diagnostics.
