Payment, Service Delivery and Refund Terms
1. General Terms
ShipInfo.net provides access to digital information services related to maritime vessel monitoring, vessel position display, historical AIS data, analytics, API access and other website functionality.
Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis.
After successful payment confirmation, the user receives access to the selected digital service, website section, dataset, API or functionality according to the selected plan or ordered service.
2. Payment Procedure
Payments are processed through the Robokassa electronic payment system using available payment methods, including bank cards and other methods supported by the payment system.
The payment currency and amount are shown before payment confirmation.
A payment is considered completed when the payment system confirms the successful transaction.
3. Service Delivery
Services are delivered electronically through ShipInfo.net.
Access to services may be provided:
- automatically after payment confirmation;
- through account activation;
- through API access credentials;
- through access to historical or current vessel data;
- by another electronic method depending on the nature of the service.
The access period is specified in the description of the relevant service or plan.
4. Delivery of Digital Services
No physical goods are shipped.
All services are provided remotely through the Internet.
5. Refunds
A user may request a refund in the following cases:
- mistaken payment;
- technical impossibility of providing the service;
- duplicate payment;
- other justified cases.
Refund requests should be sent using the contact details published on ShipInfo.net.
Refunds are processed by the service administrator through the Robokassa merchant account to the same payment method used for the original payment, within the time limits set by the payment system rules and applicable law.
If the service has been fully provided or access to data/functionality has already been granted and used, a refund may be limited or unavailable.
6. Liability
ShipInfo.net provides informational services on an "as is" basis. Despite reasonable efforts to maintain data relevance and accuracy, delays, incomplete data and technical limitations may occur due to data sources, AIS availability, network conditions or third-party systems.
The service administration is not liable for inability to use the service caused by circumstances outside its control, including communication failures, equipment failures, third-party actions or force majeure events.
