Does anyone here have a similar experience? I sent a container to Malabo EG with 2 MPVs loaded last July and it was meant to reach the port last Oct, under CIF term. Yet my customer reflected in this Jan that they have never been able to retrieve the cargo holding the original BL, as it has never reached the desired destination.
